Walter's Weblog

There has been a call for an update, so I am happy to oblige.

Part of the reason why I've been so quiet is because I've been so busy due to the fact that we finally found a house and moved into it! To give you an example of how much house work we've got on our plates, I came home from work last night and immediately begin taping and painting trim and ripping out carpet. I didn't stop till 1am, and I listened to the movie Aliens during part of it, man that was a fun experience. Then, today during the day we had very realistic and nice looking wood-laminate floor installers begin their work, and tonight I'm working ahead of them, clearing out closests and misc stuff that we were storing in the areas where the new flooring is being installed. We're trying to get the house ready for... wait for it...

Baby!! That's right, there's a baby in this update too!

Hooray!! :) We don't know if it's a boy or a girl (we're going to be surprised!), but, we know that it'll be here soon.

I miss you all dearly and I fully intend to get back in the update cycle... hey, even my podcast has been on hiatus, which is crazy because we had a real SCHEDULE going there for a while! It'll be back, as soon as the wood floor is down I am going to put microphones down on top of it and start jabbering on about dogs again. You'll see!

And, believe it or not the leaves are already starting to fall from a few of the trees up here! They say the weakest ones go first. I can't believe Summer is almost over. But you know what that means... SKI SEASON!!!!!!!!1111111111111111111111111111111 ... heh.. you Floridians just wouldn't understand ;)
